Raw Talk!
So im attempting to go raw! I’ll probably be writing blog posts each week, describing things im eating, and changes I’m noticing, etc. Today is only the second day for me! Have you guys ever tried being raw or if you are how long have you been doing it for? Do you have requests about what I should make sure to post about?

How do you guys handle the haters?
When someone ignorant and angry approaches you on the subject of Veganism, how do you handle yourself? How do you prevent yourself from returning anger and stupidity? Where do you draw your strengths from?

please stop going on cruises. They are allowed to release treated sewage while at sea… which can be upwards of thirty thousand gallons of human waste. A Day. Stop ruining our oceans. Stop destroying our earth. I live here too.

Hiatus
Hey guys! So, we havent been very active lately and for good reason. My bf and I have been re-evaluating our eating choices and habits. We are currently trying to retrain our taste buds to enjoy foods that are not processed, salted, sugared, over cooked, etc. Once we get used to this form of eating and preparing food, we will be sharing these recipes with you! So see you soon!

Update about Accidentally Vegan noms
I decided to delete the post, because most of those products probably do have american standard processed sugar, which is not vegan (animal bones are used to filter most american sugars). Also, someone has kindly reminded me that even though the ingredient list may be vegan, it does not mean the company doesn’t test it on animals.
